Hello and welcome to my profile! Thank you for coming to take a look.

My friends and family would describe me a gentle soul with lots of love and empathy for others. Currently I use Counselling (talk therapy) as well as Reiki Energy in my healing practice and hold qualifications in both. I nurture my soul in many ways with daily meditation and mindfulness and love to chant in my car :), monthly Philosophical discussions with my Creative Field group based at the Emissaries of Divine Light at the Gate House in Cape Town and have completed a meditation course and membership with the Practical School of Philosophy in Cape Town.
